I made a purchase of a plane ticket in Medular and I chose to pay in installments, they sold me in cash and my limit is R$ 1000.00. I have two installments already and I broke my limit. The card has been blocked. I have the money I put together to spend Christmas with my children. I live in Uberlândia and my 3 children also. I'm a widow. We only see each other on holidays and Christmas is special, so we like to spend that date together. Medular is messing with me. Since the 23rd of November. Only today an attendant spoke to me and said that I should solve this problem with you. Help me please.
