How do you advise taking these vitamins during the day? The Complex 12, the Centrum and the Omega 3.

Dear customer, it's preferably taking these supplements under prescription from physician in order to determining the appropriate dose of each vitamin whether vitamin B12 or Omega3.
As for cenrum you can use it alone because it contain multivitamin and minerals and it must also be used under prescription.
Also, eating cranberries or drinking cranberry juice may help increase the absorption of vitamin B12
