Hello,im 14 years old and i smoke arabic tobacco(dokha). Ive been doing it for a year now and the only reason I do it is because of the "buzz" feeling I get, so im not really into ciggerates because I dont get the dizzy feeling. I wanna get over that feeling but i dont know how. Im really into excercise so Im afraid smoking will affect me excercising.

Sir, smoking habit has side effects. Those side effects appear with the pass of time. At first, you may feel a good feeling, but after a while you will feel bad and the pain of the side effects. You are an athlete man. You have to maintain your athletic level. You have to have the determination to quit this habit. You have to be strong and take the conclusive decision by quitting this bad habit. You can distract yourself with something else. Do not think of smoking. Use gum or some biscuits in order to keep yourself busy and not thinking of smoking
