good morning doctor i am 53 m past 30 years i am a smoker now i have tried several times to quit smoking but succed now i want to quit plese get me easy way to quit smoking almost now i am a chain smoker

AS for quitting the smoking, it needs determination in your decision to quit smoking. You have to keep thinking of positive ideas like I have to protect my family, I have to raise the awareness in my children that smoking is dangerous. You should pu "Sewaak" in your pocket in order to use it or you can use some gum instead of the cigarate. Such things can make you forget about the smoking. Moreover, you should visit a doctor, who will prescribe a spray or a gum to you. The purpose of visiting the doctor is o be aware of the danger of smoking and way of fighting it and quitting it. More importantly, it is necessary for you to start practicing sports in a daily basis. Try to support yourself psychologically by sharing your problem with others. This is a conclusive decision which you have to be strong to take
