Hi guys, I have a 2008 BMW 118i and the airbag and seatbelt warning lights have just started to show whenever I have someone in the passenger seat. When I am alone in the car there is no problem. Desperately need to sort this out asap as I am selling the car and have a buyer who is going to fake it this weekend!! Any ideas for a solution?

The airbag light is orange and the seatbelt light is red. In this car there is no switch to operate the airbag system

Theres no problem in light of the seat belt that's mean the passenger and the driver must use the seat belt this ,the warning is for safety there's no problem
About the airbag warning you must check the car on the obd ii scanning to find the error and fix it because may be there's a malfunction in air bag fuse or on the seat belt and the sensors for air

Thus the problem for your car is simple don't worry.
