Dear customer
Welcome and thank you for trusting us

crohn's disease is a chronic inflamation in GI tract, it can strike anywhere in GI tract from mouth to anus, however, it demonstrates a predilection for the terminal ileum, complications include obstruction, fissures, fistulas, sever diarrhea, often steatorrhea from fat malabsorption which lead to direct nutrient malabsorption and may cause anemia, dehydration and weight loss, the inflamation lead to minimize intestine size which cause abdominal pain, I'll give you the dietary recommendation to decrease the inflamatory symptoms and it's complications

:food to avoid
high fiber such as nuts, seeds, beans, chickpeas, whole grain, you can give it as refined and cooked but no more 60g /day
fruit skin and fruit with seeds like figs, guava, raisin, and vegetable with seeds like tomato (take it as juice) and vegetable that cause gases like cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli
tough meat and high fat meat, chicken skin, fried meat, and canned meat
reduce lactose if not tolerated, so you should not to give her milk and replace it with yogurt and whit cheese
pepper and spicy food
decrease the intake of sodium can be helpful to prevent fluid retention, reduce salt, canned food and pickles
* eat small, frequent meals, chew food well, and avoid swallowind air
