Welcome and thank you for trusting us. 
It's clear that your BMI is on severe obesity range, so I recommend you to lose weight gradually and step by step in several stages,  for please follow these diet as a beginning stage:
Breakfast at 7 am: 3 slices toast + 1 cup of whole milk + 1 boiled egg or 2 pieces of white cheese + 1 cup of slice vegetables 
Snack at 10 am: 1 serving of any fruit you prefer (Small apple, 3 Strawberry, 1 slice watermelon, 2 slice pineapple) + 1 cup of green tea.
Lunch at 1 pm: 1 grilled chicken breast or 2 grilled stack or 1 medium grilled fish or 1 cup of lentils or 1 cup of red kidney beans+2 slices of whole toast or 1 cup of cooked rice  + 1 cup of salad or 1/2 cup of cooked vegetables 
Snack at 3 pm: 1/2 cup of nature fruit juice + bunch of unsalted nuts+ 1 cup of ginger and lemon( put ginger and lemon in a cup of. hot water and wait for 3 minutes then drink it). 
Dinner at 6 pm: 1 cup of yogurt + 1 serving of cucumber or 1 cup of lettuce or you can have the same lunch meal but without carbohydrate ( toast and rice
