Dear Sir, First you should know that any marriage contract must contain certain conditions in order to be a legitimate marriage. One of these conditions is that the man has to be an adult Muslim and for the woman, she has to have a guardian who is responsible for her. The mother can’t decide to get her daughter married if the father, grandfather or uncle is there. As for her mother, the mother can’t be a guardian who is responsible for her marriage. If this condition was not achieved, so the marriage is illegitimate. Any woman who gets married without her father or grandfather’s permission, her  marriage is considered denied. And accordingly, the contract is invalid, and she takes each penny was paid for her. In case the man wants to marry her another time, they have to write a new contract in which all the mentioned conditions are achieved including the presence of the girl’s father. As for the baby, he must be related to his/her father whether he/she is with his Mum or Dad. And of course God know better
