My toilet tank keeps running water continuously, wasting approximately 200 liters per day. The Fluidmaster 400A fill valve hisses and does not shut off completely. I need expert advice: 1) Should I adjust the float height to fix this issue? 2) Should I replace the fill valve entirely? 3) Is the flapper (flush valve seal) the actual problem causing the continuous running? 4) Will a universal repair kit fit my TOTO brand toilet?
