I have three specific questions: 1. Is the numbness caused by corticosteroid-induced skin atrophy from the betamethasone component? 2. Could the numbness be due to a neurotoxic effect from the antifungal components (tolnaftate or clioquinol)? 3. Or is it more likely a case of localized neuropathy? Additionally, would discontinuing the Quadriderm cream on 2026-07-01 and applying pure vitamin E oil for 4 weeks be sufficient to restore normal sensation in the affected area?
