Absconding fine also remove ?

Please be informed that if there is a circular for an employee that he is an absconder, then in this case, he will be permanently banned from working in the country. Every worker whose employment relationship ended due to absconding and a final absconding circular was issued regarding him. However, that worker can submit a mercy request to the competent Nationality and Foreigners Department by requesting the cancellation of the permanent ban from working in the Emirates. The ban may not be cancelled with the approval of the employer after paying the sponsorship fee. This is in accordance with the decision of the Minister of Labor No. 721 of 2006, the text of which is as follows:
Article Eleven
Every worker whose employment relationship ended due to absconding and a final absconding circular was issued regarding him in accordance with the provisions of this decision will be permanently banned from working in the country.
