The Company was terminated me directly without any notice and warning letter, Even without my Sign they was Cancelled my visa I was terminated by company on 4th of July 2024 and without any intimation and they Was cancel my visa on 7th of July 2024 they Did not Inform me About the Visa cancellation and Didn’t provide the cancellation paper to me, Even At next day I was went to HR department and Asked my passport,the HR department was said to me your visa is not canceled and you need to pay after that we Apply for your visa cancellation and hand over the passport to you . The Reason Company was terminate me I was Used Company car for My personal and Petrol Allowance, Then The Management was called me and Said this You Used the company car and petrol For your Personal thing, So you need to pay for that, All, I was Agreed to pay and have 3 fines Even I was said I’ll ready to pay for the loss, it I’ll not Affect company at any cost, this what happened Sir and the Company was terminate me Without prior Notice and they was cancelled My visa without my Sign and My concern, After that They Company was Holding my passport and forcing to pay the Visa cost after that we hand over the Passport,
