Am working as a real estate agent and i have a client who came in a gave a cash deposit of 20000aed and due to some pressure and miscommunication from both end my company and the developer didn't refund her money and after she made plea for refund to no avail then i request my company to give me advanced payment in regards to the commission which the client did not proceed and didn't sign any booking form now my company has terminated my contract and asking me to pay the money i collect which i dont have

What am trying to say is i have to pay them 6000aed and right now am not working and they have giving termination letter and i dont know how to pay the advance commission i took from them
