Hi I have a case in Prosecution and my travel ban...

If your inquiry relates to a travel ban, here is the following information:
If there is a travel ban due to an open case against you, in that case you cannot remove the travel ban until the case is finally closed.
Or, in civil or commercial cases, you can submit to the court a guarantor who guarantees the payment of all the money that may be imposed against you, and after that you can submit a request to the judge in order to remove the travel ban.
In criminal cases, this last procedure is not possible.
