Hi sir I file opened from Emirates driving school from Dubai, due to transportation issues I need to cancel from EDI then move to my home area driving school. So I need to cancel my file from EDI, I requested already , but they are saying if I cancel the file from EDI supervisor saying I need to more money I opened low income package around 2900 aed will come, If I cancel the file, supervisor said I need to pay 10% amount from new package amount's I think new package around 5600aed normal package Dear Sir My question, why I need to pay new package amount, I joined low income package
