RESULTS: Heterogeneous osteocondensation of the entire bone structure of the right femoral head extended to the neck and greater trochanter, post-treatment response to a pre-existing secondary lystic lesion? Suspicious osteocondensing lesion from the outset? • Irregular flame-like appearance of the anterior cortex at the level of the femoral neck related to an anarchic periosteal reaction.
