What is the Treatment of Headache ?
Do clinical assessment in the nearest medical center to exclude any serious infections or conditions . If the lab tests were normal you should have balanced healthy diet contain all essential nutrients to body and to drink water as much as you can and to Sleep well and regularly . You should Avoid anxiety and stress and to eat Vitamin supplements such as Vitamax caps : One capsule daily with analgesic as required such as Paracetamol .

Physical examination for any abnormal signs with Complete blood count for anemia and Blood glucose level for High or low blood glucose level . Sometimes Ct Brain for brain diseases .
