marriage procedures are depend on the Islamic Sharia if the couples are Muslims or if the husband is Muslim but the wife is not.
 The below documents shall be attached:
1.      Original passports.
2.      Copy of the residence visas
3.      Certificate of the couple status, whether the groom or bride is single, widowed or divorced, certified both outside the country (by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the applicant and the UAE Consulate in that country) or in the UAE (by the applicant consulate and the UAE Foreign Ministry).
4.      Certificate of healthy fitness for marriage.
5.      Because the requirements may vary from case to case, the couple should consult their country consulate in the state for additional details about the requirements
After submitting the required documents, the marriage certificate will be received within a few days. This will be done at the Sharia Court 
Marriage can be completed in churches in Sharjah, but both sides must be Christian. In this case, a marriage certificate must be obtained from the Judiciary Department, and be registered in the consulates of the couples.
Foreign embassies may perform marriage ceremonies for their citizens, but regardless of completion of marriage ceremonies in court, church or temple, married couples must register marriages in the jurisdiction and their countries embassies
