We would like to explain that, in order to be able of following the marriage procedures in Dubai, you will have to go first to the Sharia Court holding the following documents:

• A valid residence for both couple
• Couple's Passports
• A social Status ID
• The presence of the girl's father or any person who has a power of attorney from the father of the girl himself
• A medical Exam for both Man and Woman. Any Government hospital will serve this kind of exams
• Two people as witnesses
