Please note that according to the law, anyone who:
Anyone born in or outside Oman to an Omani father.
Whoever was born in Oman or outside it to an Omani mother and whose father is unknown if his paternity to a father has not been legally proven, or whose father is Omani and has lost his nationality.
-Who was born in Oman to unknown parents.
- Whoever was born in Oman and made it his regular residence and his father was born there, provided that the father was, at the time of the son’s birth, lost citizenship and continued to be so.
A foreigner may request naturalization with Omani nationality if he meets the following conditions:
1 - He must be of mature age and be familiar with the Arabic language, writing and reading.
2 - His request for residence in the Sultanate must be preceded by continuous legal residence for a period of not less than twenty Gregorian years, or ten Gregorian years if he is married to an Omani woman, and his absence from the country for temporary periods for his private work does not prevent his residence from being considered continuous, provided that the period of his absence during the year does not exceed two months.
3- He must be of good conduct, sound in structure, free of disabilities, and have not previously been convicted of a crime involving breach of honor or trust, unless his reputation has been restored.
4- He must have a legitimate means of livelihood that generates enough income to meet his needs and the needs of those he supports.
5 - To apply for citizenship on the form prepared for this purpose at the Ministry of Interior, in which he acknowledges his desire to renounce his original citizenship and that the law of his country allows him to do so.

You can file a lawsuit before the court and provide whatever evidence and witness testimony you can, and the matter is ultimately up to the court’s discretion
