Praise be to God, prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, please know that divorce is a sharia. This sharia is detailed in the Holy Quran. (230) The divorce is considered done by saying it once. But repeating it is just a confirmation, Since you divorces her only once then it is the first time this is a rule because the issue of divorce is not an easy matter, and it is not solved simply by the written fatwas, So it is necessary to go to the Sharia court, for the judge to look into your case, then issue a judgment for you.
