• The employer in Sweden starts the work permit application by creating a job offer. Your employer needs information about your name, birthdate, citizenship, education, and email address.
• Provide copies of the pages on your passport that show your personal information, photograph, your signature, passport number, passport country, passport validity period.
• Presentation of the work and a statement from the trade union organization in effect received from the employer
• Proof that your employer will face serious problems if you must leave Sweden to apply for a permit
• Documents showing that the purpose of your visit to Sweden was to visit the employer.

• Your employer must have an urgent need for your skills, which means you can not work properly if you have to travel to your country of origin to obtain a permit
• An application must be made during the visa exemption period (90 days) or the validity period of the visa.

• You must be exposed to employment conditions that are at least on par with Swedish collective agreements or what is customary in the profession or industry
• You must be offered a job that is at least SEK 13,000 before tax.
