What is strepsils ?

what is te recommended dose ?
The recommended dose for adults is one tablet (1.2 mg 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol, 0.6 mg amyl metacresol/tablet), every 2-3 hours, with a maximum of 12 tablets in 24
