Dear madam i want to ask one thing I complained my employer in court about holding the passport, I have not solid proof of passport it means I wrote a mail to the company before 4days like in thi manner "kindly inform all of you that I have an emergency in my family so I have to go home for 8days so kindly release my passport for flight confirmation, reply comes on this mail your request is not approved. " It is the solid evidence for the passport complaint or not. Please clarify me because legal team will call me at 25/09/2023.
