?Can smoking cause weight loss
smoking is one of the factors that causes weight loss as the necotin causes staomack emptying and also affect the appetite.
we advise quit smoking in order to gain weight while following a health diet high in calories and rich in vitamins and minerals.

Advices for gaining weight
  1. You should learn about your physical needs that i.e. weight, height, age and gender, and eat more food accordingly.

  4. Eat about 5-6 meals a day helps you gain weight faster.
  5. For instance, have a snack like a banana and a coke of milk or a cup of milk with oats.
  6. Add olive oil to your meals in moderate quantities.
  7. Add honey to your drinks like tea and milk.
  8. Eat 3-4 spoons of fruit daily, especially between meals and apart from meals.
