 1- The passport must be valid for at least six months
 2- Clear personal photos, such as the one affixed to the passport.
 3- Submitting a bank statement showing the account movement for the last three months to guarantee expenses in case of travel.
 4- Submitting round trip flight reservations.
 5- Submit hotel reservation
 6- Submitting a health insurance document.
 7- Obtaining a work contract from an employer in Japan  
 8- Pay the prescribed fees.
