see sir I came here in company as caisher plus computer I did one mistake in bill so the mistake amount is 100 AED .My company charge 2000AED and they hold my salary 2month so I complaint against company in mohre app and they transfer the case in labour cout and our pro going to give our passport but also he going to do ban to me from uae I don't want to go back my county I want work in other company so how can I remove the ban please give reaspons

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
you shall inquire through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation website:
We would like to inform you that the worker can object on the working ban by submitting a grievance application through any Tasheel offices or communication channels through the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and its E- mail, and attaching all the documents confirming the non-entitlement to such ban.
The worker will receive a reference number in his application. A committee in the ministry will be formed under the chairmanship of the undersecretary, the members of the inspection and workers, as well as some department directors who will study these requests and decide to remove or maintain the ban. The worker shall then be notified of the decision of the Committee.
The ban of work to the employer reparation in the Labor relationship or because of the worker violation in contravention of the provisions of the Labor Law and the ministerial decisions of the organization, ie, a violation of the public order, which is not negotiated or dropped.
The work ban shall be automatically removed after the expiry of the prescribed period of time. However, it should be noted that the duration of the ban begins immediately upon the departure of the worker.
