I need visa for Bahamas

To obtain a Bahamas visa (for a single or multiple visit) for the purpose of tourism or family visit, the applicant will have to have the following documents:
Passport size digital photograph in pdf format
A completed and signed application form
Personal data and signature pages of your passport
Work letter (less than 6 months from the employer) or a copy of a valid business license (for self-employed persons)
Original bank reference letter (less than 6 months old)
Police report (less than 6 months old)
Medical certificate (less than 6 months old)
Intended address of hotel/cruise or accommodation while staying in The Bahamas
Itinerary/suggested travel dates
Copy of conference/invitation letter (if available)
A copy of the children’s birth certificate to prove parental relations (if applying for a visa for a child)
For residents: Proof of legal status in the country of residence, such as
work permit, spousal permit, permanent resident cards, etc.
