Please kindly note that, according to the information provided to us in your inquiry, if you have an expired Kuwaiti driving license and you wish to renew it while you are outside Kuwait, here you must note that it cannot be renewed with the expiry of the visa and your obtaining the Emirates visa unless the Kuwaiti visa is valid It can only be transferred from a Kuwaiti driver's license to an Emirati one. Also, one of the conditions for renewing the license is the following:
1. Application form for renewing a driving license.
2. Two personal photos, 4x6, with a blue background.
3. A copy of the civil card.
4. A copy of the passport (for non-Kuwaitis).
5. Print the application for renewing a driver's license and sign it from the sponsor for the employees of companies and institutions (for non-Kuwaitis).
6. Signature approval for the companies' employees.
