Good afternoon sir...im working in cleaning...

Good afternoon sir...im working in cleaning company for more a year...for almost 5 months i dont have visa...now i stop working because i dont have visa...he is always promising every week that hè will process but till he did not...now i found out that im already blacklisted...what would i do sir?i need to work to support my family back home...now im scared to even go out because of this matter...how can i remove my name from the blacklist?...thank you so much sir...looking forward for your reply
