Assalamuwalaikum, my name is Abdul Gaffar, I am a Bangladeshi citizen, I came to Dubai and applied for a visa, with a Bangladeshi owner, all the visa work is completed, medical finger print only to get ID card, without visa stamping, Arbab left the country, not coming and not communicating. Meanwhile, due to not stamping my visa, the fine is coming on my visa for more than a month today, I tried to cancel the visa with the fine but I could not cancel it, I went to Mahar and complained, they said that the local Arbab here will contact me and cancel my visa. Arbab won't cancel my visa by sudu date, I am in a lot of problem, pls suggest what should I do, I will give you all my legal documents.

It is clear from your inquiry that the employer refrained from completing the recruitment procedures and refused to give you your labor rights. So you have two options:
First: Submit a complaint at the Labor Office against the company
Second: file a lawsuit at the UAE judiciary demanding that the company either complete the recruitment procedures or compensate you for the damage done to you

I have already complained to the leaver office, they said Arbab will cancel the visa, but Arbab is not giving and not communicating, on the other hand I am getting fines on my visa every day sir.
