Hello atty good day, regarding of our rent partition, our land lady not allowing to move, feb.10 we notice her to move to the anther partition, but the problem is she offer us another partition that she own in the 1st floor then we confirm her 6 days ago but my husband viewing that partition so many things do, like for example we need to fix the light, the door nob, wall and so much cleaning because of the cockroaches there,also the bank bed blocking there and the land lady not allowing us to move it there is no space for us also. And we need to spend lot of dirham to repair that room. We didn't move yet there because we still paid in our room in the 2nd floor until of Feb 27. Sir, we have right to move any time in another partition with out any issue of her or she have right to hold us until March 27 thats her rule she said.
