If a case is still open against you before the court, in that case you cannot leave the UAE until the case is finally closed.
And if your bike is still with the police, you can apply to the Public Prosecution Office for approval to hand over the bike to you.
Provided that you attach to your application documents that prove your ownership of the bike, such as:
- passport .
- driving license.
Bike licence.
The Public Prosecution will examine your request and issue a decision of approval or rejection
