If the grace period ends and the resident exceeds 30 days, he will be fined AED 125 for the first day, and AED 25 for each subsequent day.
After six months of exceeding the stay period after the grace period and expiry of the residence, he will be fined AED 50 for each day exceeded.
If you already have an entry permit/residence visa to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah check your visa validity on the website of Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship- ICA (the eChannel for residency and citizenship).
