Hello..company gave me final exit and I want to take transfer to another company my Iqama expire on 24dec 2022.if my new company send me request in qiwa then my current company need to accept or it will approve directly..because I have final exit.. just want to know the new request will send to current company or it will approve automatically please suggest thanks

Without the need for your sponsor's approval to move, provided that the employer is notified of the termination in accordance with the law
With the compensation stipulated in the Labor Law in the event of termination without taking into account the provisions of the Saudi Labor Law
And you can notify the employer electronically whether to terminate or transfer the sponsorship to another employer without the need for his approval
This is through the “Absher and Strong” platform of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Some professions have been excluded from the new sponsorship system, as they require the approval of the old employer or the old sponsor. These sectors are:
1) The guard
2) Shepherd
3) The driver
4) Domestic employment
5) The gardener
In light of the abolition of the sponsorship system, it is possible to transfer the sponsorship without the consent of the sponsor, provided that the employer is notified of the termination in accordance with the law, while bearing the compensation stipulated in the labor law in the event of termination without observing what is stipulated in the Saudi labor law.
And you can notify the employer electronically whether to terminate or transfer the sponsorship to another employer without the need for his approval
Note that the following documents must be attached to the application:
1. A request letter from the new employer.
2. A copy of the valid commercial register or municipality license along with the family book of the new employer, if it is an individual.
3. A form of undertaking by the new employer to maintain the one whose service is to be transferred to him and not to employ him for others.
4. Bring the original valid passport as well as the valid residence permit for the expatriate whose service is required to be transferred, along with attaching a copy of the passport and residence permit.
And then pay the sponsorship transfer fees, which are:
(2000) riyals for the first time
(4000) riyals for the second time
(6000) riyals for the third time.
