We would like to inform you that in order to obtain a Bahraini passport, you must have the Bahraini nationality
Conditions for obtaining Bahraini citizenship
Permanent residency is required in the conditions for obtaining Bahraini nationality, Bahrain according to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Bahraini nationality law. If you want to obtain Bahraini nationality, you must reside in the country for a period of not less than fifteen consecutive years, and it is required that you master the Arabic language, and that you have good morals, and it is required That there is a property in Bahrain registered in your name.
The Bahraini Nationality Law stipulates that:
5- A person is considered Bahraini:
      (a) If he was born in Bahrain after the effective date of this law and his father was born in Bahrain and made it his normal place of residence when that person was born, provided that that person does not hold another nationality.
      (b) If he was born in Bahrain after the date of entry into force of this law to unknown parents, and a foundling is considered born in Bahrain unless the contrary is proven.
6- (1) It is possible, by order of His Majesty the Ruler, to grant Bahraini nationality to every foreigner with full capacity if he requests it and has the following qualifications:
      (a) That he has legally established his normal residence in Bahrain for a period of at least twenty-five consecutive years, or at least fifteen consecutive years if he is an Arab, provided that this period begins after the date of entry into force of this law.
      (b) To be of good morals.
      (c) To have sufficient knowledge of the Arabic language.
      (d) That he has in Bahrain an immovable property registered in his name with the Land Registry Department of the Government of Bahrain.
      (2) Despite what was stated in the previous paragraph of this article, it is possible, by order of His Majesty the Ruler, to grant the Bahraini nationality to whomever His Majesty commands to grant it to him, and it is possible by order of His Majesty the Ruler to grant Bahraini nationality to any Arab who requests it if he performs great services to Bahrain.
      (3) A foreigner who has acquired the Bahraini nationality in accordance with the provisions of this article shall not have the right to vote, represent, nominate or be appointed to local councils (except for clubs or private associations) before the lapse of ten years from the date of his acquisition of this nationality.
          This provision shall apply to those who have previously acquired the Bahraini nationality before the enforcement of this law, and ten years shall apply to those who have obtained the Bahraini nationality from the date of enforcement of this law.
