If you would like to obtain a visa, you have to go to the Japanese embassy and apply for a visa
Attach the following documents:
· Fill out the application form and sign it
· Mention the reason behind visiting, and attach
· A valid passport for at least six months
· A photo for the visa application form stamped on the visa application form "No use of stapler or adhesive tape"
· Copy of residence permit and exit / return visa
· A flight booking of the round trip
· Proof documents that the applicant has the financial capacity to afford all travel and accommodation expenses in Japan such as a company's employment certificate, a copy of a credit card or a bank statement
