Hi..I signed offer letter by mail but I didn't...

Hi..I signed offer letter by mail but I didn't sign any contract pepper. Without informing me employer change my visa status only. There is no joining letter I signed. Same time I got another good opportunity. I inform 1st employer but HR is telling me we will forced you to work here otherwise we will abscond you.. how can I rectify this..kindly guide me
