How to remove absconding

In order to remove the escaping report, you have two ways:
-the first :
To submit documents or witnesses proving that you have continued your work and not escaped.
And the second:
To negotiate with the company amicably to cancel the escape report.
And you have to choose from the two methods what you think you are able to do.
And if the escape report was due to a violation of the validity of the visa, in that case, a fine for the residence violation must be paid if you wish to adjust the situation and work again in the Emirates
Or pay half the fine and leave the UAE with a ban imposed against you
