How i get my passport to my employer

We would like to inform you that Article (32) of Administrative Resolution No. 839 Q of 2015 regarding the organization of work in the private and oil work sectors stipulates that: “Employers in the private sector and the oil business sector are prohibited from seizing the travel documents of their employees.”
The first paragraph of Article (38) of the same aforementioned decision states: “Without prejudice to the penalties prescribed by the provisions of Law No. 6/2010 regarding work in the private sector or the decisions implementing it, it is: 1- In the event of a violation of any of the provisions of this decision, The competent department may suspend the employer’s file according to the nature of the violation and until it is avoided….”
In the event that the worker's passport is withheld, he may - in all cases - resort to the judiciary to oblige the employer to hand over his passport to him, and he is also entitled (in this case) to claim any compensatory compensation for any damage that may be caused to him as a result of holding his passport without his consent.
