If the work contract is for a fixed term, then the term of the work contract must be adhered to and the work contract must not be terminated before the end of its term without a legal reason.
If the work contract is for an unlimited period, it cannot be terminated except after notifying the employer in writing of your desire to terminate the employment contract at least thirty days before the termination of the employment contract

Here is the text of the Bahraini Labor Law, related to your inquiry:
Article (99)
A- Each of the two parties to the contract may terminate it after notifying the other party at least thirty days prior to termination, and the work contract shall remain valid during the notice period and its two parties shall implement all the obligations arising from it.
If the contract is terminated by the employer, it may be agreed that the notice period shall exceed thirty days.
b- If the contract is terminated without observing the notice period, the party terminating the contract is obligated to pay the other party a compensation for this period equivalent to the worker’s wages for the entire period or the remainder of it, as the case may be.
If the termination is by the employer, the notice period or the remainder thereof shall be counted within the worker’s service period, and if the termination is by the worker, the contract shall expire from the time he leaves work.
C- If the notice of termination of the contract is by the employer, the worker has the right to be absent from work for a full day per week or eight hours during the week in order to search for another work, provided that the absence takes place at a time appropriate to the working conditions, and the worker is entitled to his wages for the day or hours absence.
d- The provisions of this article do not prejudice the right of either party to the contract to claim compensation for the termination of the contract if necessary.

i have 2years contrac but i want to keave in obe year i give regination letter through LMRA they accpeted and aprove also bt they want to let me leave from this country which i dont want to go now so

As long as the employment contract is still valid, we recommend negotiating with the employer in order to terminate the employment contract

please sir my visa will gonna expired in 23november 2022 my passport is with them and they want to send me back home which i don't want because i have find another job i want to do there
