Good day! I'm a taxi driver and had an accident with a delivery bike rider on the 27th of October. He sustained an"ankle" injury which according to the police report refer to it as "medium injury" and was rushed to the hospital .I was ordered to pay an amount of 1200aed as a commitment fee which would be given back to me after the victim has recovered and discharged from the hospital.i paid an a report was printed to me. It's eleven days now.Now the problem is the court has called me to represent as a defendant in a panel case scheduled on 15th of November. Please I'm very anxious and don't know what to say I'm a new driver and I have been on the road only 24 Days now. Please can you advice me
