I have been working with a company for 4 years....
I have been working with a company for 4 years. The first 2 years he collected 5000 diram from my hand as a visa money, and d second 2 years he collected 2000 diram from me for visa money too. After a year and six months he stopped pay my salary he said he want to close d company, an now that I want to go back to my country he is not ready to buy me my ticket an not ready to give me my entitlement. Pls what can I do?

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
