I have registered a labour case against my current...
I have registered a labour case against my current employer. Haven't received a message nor case number from dubai labour court. Is there any way of cancelling my current visa URGENTLY, to facilitate visa application by my new employer. Further delay may cost me my new offer.

If you have registered a labor case against your previous employer, and you wish to cancel your current visa.
It is not possible to cancel the visa until after the end of the case.
You can ask a labor court judge to grant you a temporary work permit until the case is over.
