in the unlimited contract Employer can terminate the contract after notifying the worker before a month not more than 3 months. If the employer did not complain with the notice then he must pay instead of the notice period and the compensation must be as the worker wage for that period full of part of it.
If you do not receive your dues, you can file a complaint with the Labor Office

Noted . But my labour contract cancelled as have signed by me also Moreover , I was one with the company started and he agreed give some shares .lately he refused . Paid my monthly salary of 30 K and paid only 20 k stating that being share holder . Lastly one fine day he told meThat he can’t pay my salary and dues so that I have told I am Not able to continue . Basis we have agreed and cancelled my labour contract with ministry.Further , have taken customer details who all I have brought in to the company started as new . Now would like to know what will be action can be taken from employer side as they said they will put case as data theft whether is it possible after labour contract cancelled . As such cases what I should do further Moreover , whether I can collect my dues after canceling labour contract Pls to hear

But the company's data should not be used in any illegal way so as not to expose yourself to a decision to ban your work in the UAE

Noted . Data I have not used as I have no job now . Employer says they will file case . What will happen .

I have taken company data and notUsed anywhere till time . What will be the consequences and labour cont arafat cancelled and what will be chances to recover my dues .Moreover , we had mutual concern docs that data taken will not be used and will not approach any of their customer .

You can file a complaint with the Labor Office to get your dues, and you can also obtain a temporary work permit until the dispute ends

I have deleted the data now employer not ready to cancel visa , holding my passport and threatening me that they will file cyber crime case against me as i have taken the data . More ove they toldMe that they will put me court for case , departure and ban for uae entry . Now I have job on hands and unable to join since the visa is not cancelled

Is that smoker can put police case and put me in jail for taking the data which I deleted later and not used . Moreover , they canceled my labour with out terminating or resignation. Threatened me to sign labour cancellation , not paid any dues and taken letter from me statsjng I have took data , will delete it and will not use it . Then they doing all above

Your conviction results in depriving you of the end of service gratuity
So if the company will be able to prove what you claim, it is better to understand in a friendly manner with it
But if the company does not have proof, in this case you can submit your complaint to the Labor Office

Noted Mam, but my labour contact forcefully signed by me and cancelled by them . As they take me one company who is their business consultant and threatened me that they will put me in jail and taken letter form me that I have taken data and I will not use it and delete . I should not approve ch thier customer for biz with my my job . I was afraid as they said jail after all this they are doing this . Moreover they are not terminated me or I have not submitted my resignation . This they are doing it to aviod my salary and end of service etc which over 100k

Last 10 months they paid only 20k / month against 30 k in my contract . In addition all other benifits . Labour cancelled whether I will be still thier employees or not . If employees what is the position on data taken . Still they are not terminating me nor asked to resign . Only forcefully got sign in labour cancellation
