Hi I just want to ask because 2years ago I...
Hi I just want to ask because 2years ago I resigned in my job and I gave 2months notice period with the company and how many times I follow up my cancellation with them but they are ignoring my message and I found out when I visit the head office they give me a paper which is police report stating than I run away and they want me to go bank home in my home country but I reject because I found a new company.
I just want to ask how can I get my cancellation with them because they don’t want to cancel my visa

You cannot terminate the employment contract before the end of its term without the consent of the employer, and if you terminate the employment contract without the consent of the employer, a ban will be imposed against you and prevent you from obtaining a work permit for a year.
We advise negotiating with the employer in order to terminate the employment contract and cancel the visa.
If you have legally terminated the employment contract and the employer refuses to cancel the visa in that case, you can file a complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation against the employer, explaining that the employer has filed a malicious escape report against you, and that you have legally terminated the employment contract.
You must provide evidence to prove the validity of the complaint.
Here is the text of the new UAE Labor Law, related to your inquiry:
(50 Article)
If the foreign worker leaves work, for an illegal reason, before the end of the contract term, no other work permit will be granted.
To join another job in the State in accordance with the provisions of this Decree-Law, for a period of one year from the date of discontinuation of work
