Yes company will cancel me i will not ask to the company to cancel me i will accept because from last 7 months company will not pay the salery for all employees and come to company accomodation to see how can all employees can live hear

If the employer did not complain with the notice then he must pay instead of the notice period and the compensation must be as the worker wage for that period full of part of it.

He cannot pay the salery from last 7 months for all employees and close shop slowly slowly and cancel the staff he ask to worker you will not do the work properly from the last 1 year 4 months i will do work with company he dont putt my duty i will message he ask you fired from the company
