I am Zulfiquar Ahamed, 46 year old, lives in dubai...
I am Zulfiquar Ahamed, 46 year old, lives in dubai last 24 years,
I usually have a kind of pain/disturbance from left side of my chest,
it comes every 2 months and goes in few days,when i consult a physician she advised me to eat salmon fish when ever you have pain, which will help proper blood pumping in to heart and it can help to reduce pain,and it worked on me, but i could not find this remedy as a permanent solution for pain,
As pain is back these days i seek expert advise for next level of treatment
please advise me how to proceed ahead for a treatment,

As I understand from your complaint you are complaining of musculoskeletal pain.
This may be due muscle spasm during exercise, direct trauma or lifting heavy thing .
If your heart is good so we can exclude angina and other acute coronary syndrome especially if you have not any chronic disease.
To treat this problem please follow this instructions:
Rest.
Analgesia.
Muscle relaxant drug.
Warm packs at the site of pain.
