We would like to inform you that banks in UAE and funding companies grant loans but your salary shall be more than what you mentioned, as it shall be not less than 5000 – 10000 AED, and according whether you are citizen or resident and according to the authority that lent you.
The documents required to obtain a loan through a bank in the UAE are as follows:
1- A personal ID card such as an identity card or residence permit with a passport.
2- Bank account statement.
3- Salary statement.
4- A pledge to continue transferring a salary from the employer to the bank.
Additional papers and guarantees may be requested by the bank for that purpose.
