About your inquiry , in case your employee break the labor law, and he is givinig the employers in his workshop [unishment without a reasons which it bincludes in the law and he should follow it, or in case he give bigger punishment than it shouldn for the employer mistakeK or in case he dont follow what the law told him to do when the employers make mistakes . in all those cases you can go to labor office and make claim aginst your employee. and ask for yur rights which the law give you . later on you can make a case in court
